Biography
Born and raised in Worcestershire, Rachel began her career in the construction industry in 2002 after completing her Business Administration training. She later joined a London-based development firm, where she played a key role in establishing a Private Client Services department offering 24-hour maintenance and concierge support. In 2021, Rachel brought her client-focused experience to Concierge Medical, supporting private patients in a new setting. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks, travelling to European cities with her husband, and relaxing with a drink in her garden bar.
