Biography

Sam qualified as a nurse in 1992 at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, and went on to specialise in haematology and bone marrow transplantation before moving into primary care. With extensive experience in frailty, palliative care, and dementia, she has worked as a practice nurse, community liaison nurse, and now leads the nursing team at Concierge Medical. She holds a Nurse Prescribing qualification and was awarded the prestigious Queen’s Nurse title in 2024. Outside of work, Sam enjoys fitness challenges like the Moonwalk and Three Peaks, and stays busy with her three children and dog, Teddy.
